Check your Spam and Junk email folders. The email could be getting filtered due to 'an unknown sender sending links and attachments'. This can also be triggered when using the app multiple times in a short amount of time. Right click the email select 'move to inbox' and 'trust email source' to prevent this from happening in the future.

No, AI Creations has no control over the outcome of the video. The final video is influenced by factors such as lighting, camera angles, and the descriptions you provide (in Storyboard mode). For the best results, ensure your photos are well-lit, taken from good angles, and accompanied by clear, detailed descriptions.

Why are the video files so large on iOS, and what can I do about it?

The videos generated by AI Creations can be large, which may consume significant space in your Downloads folder on iOS devices. To manage this, we recommend regularly clearing out your Downloads folder by deleting older videos after viewing or saving them elsewhere. You can also transfer videos to cloud storage (e.g., iCloud, Google Drive) or a computer to free up space on your device.

Are there any restrictions on the content I can submit?
